Quickie Pink Diaper Cake

I've been pretty busy these past few months.  I finally got to do something for my husband friends these past few weekends and made this diaper cake for a friend of his from work.  It was a last minute project, but I think it turned out ok.   

I love this picture because you can see my "office space" is still organized!

Diaper Cake - March 2010

I created this cake for a baby boy shower (same one as the blue & green ribbon curtain was for).  The diapers are pampers swadlers sensitive size 1.  I purchased the diapers & ribbon at Walmart. 

Baby's Got Buns Baby Shower - October 2010

My family are big fans of the TV show Friend's.  We did my sister's bridal shower in a "He's her Lobster" theme and I wanted to carry that theme over to the baby shower.  There's an episode of Friend's where Ross and Rachel make Emma laugh after singing "Baby's Got Back".  Because my sister wanted a diaper themed shower (with diaper cake centerpieces and diaper raffle) I thought naming the shower theme "Baby's Got Buns" fit perfectly.  She also wanted an egg timer for the favors so we named the favor "Diaper time for Mia Marie".

Night Owl Kisses Baby Sprinkle - September 2010

We did a sprinkle for a friend who nicknamed her little boy night owl because he'd always be moving around in her belly in the middle of the night.  We had this sprinkle at Crepes and Grapes in Whittier, CA (http://crepesandgrapescafe.com/), which was a great venue with awesome food.
